Orders typically leave our facility in 3-5 business days after being placed (unless delays are noted). This processing time is not included in the estimated Delivery Method shipping timelines stated at checkout.

• CA, WA, ID: 2-3 Days Transit Time
• Eastern US: 2-6 Days Transit Time
• Western US: 2-4 Days Transit Time
• US Territories, Alaska & Hawaii: 4-6 Days Transit Time

2 Day & Overnight orders placed before 11 AM PST will processed the same business day. If your expedited order was placed after 11 AM PST or on the weekend, it will be processed the following business day. Please note, we cannot ship expedited orders to PO Boxes.

FedEx does not deliver on weekends. Overnight orders placed after 11 AM PST on Thursdays and before Friday at 11 AM PST will be delivered the following Monday. Overnight orders placed after 11 AM PST on Friday or Saturday/Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

If you select 2 Day or Next Day Air and we are not able to meet this timeline, we will contact you ASAP to discuss your delivery options.

Shipping FAQs

• Return or exchange non-book items within 30 days of purchase or delivery, in store at any Duck Store location or by mail.
• Items must be in original, re-sellable condition, with tags or in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or order number.
• With the original receipt, refunds go back to your original payment method; without one, you'll get a Duck Store gift card.
• Some items can't be returned, including art and school clearance, autographed merchandise, and food and drink.

How to return an item · Full return policy

In most cases, promotions are not combinable. Multiple promo codes can be applied in cart if they apply to different products. If an item is eligible for multiple promotions, it can only be discounted once. For example, if you enter two promo codes, only one can be applied to a single item unless otherwise specified in the promotion language or email newsletter. Some items are excluded from promotions and will not be discounted with our general transaction or item discounts. Please click here for a list of exclusions.
