Free In-Store Pickup

We are now offering free in-store pickup at our flagship Campus Duck Store on 13th & Kincaid. Orders will be ready for pickup by the following business day.

Processing

Due to high order volumes and adjusted operations to keep our team members safe in response to COVID-19, processing times are delayed. At this time, orders will typically leave our facility in 3-5 business days after being placed. This processing time is not included in the estimated shipping timelines stated at checkout.

2nd Day & Next Day Air orders placed before 11 AM PST will processed the same business day. If your expedited order was placed after 11 AM PST or on the weekend, it will be processed the following business day. If you select 2nd Day or Next Day Air and we are not able to meet this timeline, we will contact you ASAP to discuss your delivery options.
