How do I exchange or return an item?

You may exchange or return non-book items in-store to any of our locations within 30 days of your purchase. Our Online team can process exchanges and returns for both in-store and online purchases.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, you may return an item in original condition (with tags or in its original packaging) by mail within 30 days of making your purchase in-store or receiving your online order and request an exchange. Please include a copy of your receipt. You will need an exchange/return form. If you purchased in-store or if you misplaced your return form, see instructions below.
For exchanges, depending on the cost of the replacement item, your credit card will be charged or credited for the difference. We will contact you if we need to charge your credit card for additional funds. In nearly all cases, we will ship your replacement item at no additional cost.
