Kikkerland Avocado Hot/Cold Pack

Overview

To use as a cold pack, place pack in the freezer for at least one hour. Remove from freezer and apply to the affected area. To use as a hot pad, place pack in hot water for about 7 minutes (do not boil water). Carefully remove from water and apply to the affected area.
