We're very excited to share our team member, Kelly Moninger, to you all at this year's Tools of the Trade Show!
From the very young age of 5, Kelly Moninger's drawing caught the attention of her family. Seeing potential, her parents made sure she had a range of supplies available to continue her craft. Kelly is self-taught, aside from a few classes in high school, however plans to take some drawing classes. "I think anatomy and figure drawing classes could be very useful still."
To gather inspiration, Kelly loves attending the artist alleys at various pop culture and comic conventions and browsing the art for sale as well as watching the live demos. "It’s like walking through a sea of creativity."
"I daydream of being a full-time artist." Though she isn’t a full-time artist, Kelly stays busy drawing and working on graphic novels in her spare time hoping to be published one day.
