It’s nice to have a thin frame, as to not block the license plate. Would have loved it to be made of metal instead of plastic. But, it looks good, doesn’t obstruct the license plate, and touts our Oregon Ducks pride!

I am very happy with my purchase! It is hard to tell from the picture, but each letter is raised slightly from the frame. I tried to scratch off the yellow color with my fingernail, and nothing scratched off. The frame doesn't hide license plate stickers. This accessory is perfect for those Oregon alumns/fans who don't want anything overly flashy on their vehicle.
