What is the Board of Directors?

As a nonprofit academic retailer, our board of directors is comprised of current UO students, faculty and staff. Our Board is responsible for overseeing the operation of The Duck Store and setting its policies. Board meetings are held monthly, and all Duck Store members (current UO students, faculty, and staff) are welcome.
