Josten's Student Doctor Keeper Green Velveteen Tam

I don't want to review just the doctoral velveteen tam, but the whole cap and gown process. I am the parent of a newly graduated doctoral student and since there was originally not going to be a graduation ceremony, I wanted my son to have a remembrance of this special occasion so I ordered his cap & gown for a surprise. Once I got a hold of you people, the staff was great, even though they had to jump through some hoops because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Once his candidacy was verified, you shipped it post hast. The big surprise was when his department decided to have a virtual graduation and encouraged graduates to wear their cap & gown. My son did not know that his mother and I had it and when he went to order it, he was told it was too late. That made for an even better surprise because we live in Iowa whereas he lives in Oregon so we had to ship it to him without telling him it was coming. The surprise was great, your staff was great, and the process was OK only because I had to register and surreptitiously have his wife get me his student number. Thanks again, you did a great job.
