The Duck Store has the largest selection of University of Oregon gear & accessories in Oregon. Most items are carried in all of our stores, however there are some exceptions.
Yes, stores can send items requested by customers from one location to another.
It is at the discretion of our buyers to reorder items. Popular items such as promotionally priced ones are continuously coming in when inventory reaches low quantities.
We do hold items for customers for up to 3 days, except during the holiday season, when we only hold items for 24 hours.
Yes, we can send items from our store to customers around the country. We send the orders to our shipping department and ship from there.

Autzen
No! We are a year round retailer featuring a full line of sportswear, memorabilia and a small general book selection. We also offer snacks, Pepsi products and a full service espresso bar Monday through Friday.
We do not carry electronics/computers, course materials, or art and school supplies. Those departments are located at the Campus Duck Store. We are a main distributor of Oregon athletics schedule posters and cards, although supplies are limited.
We aren't a ticket office for Duck Athletics. The ticket office is located in front of the Casanova Center. We are in the Moshofsky practice facility adjacent to the Casanova center.
Autzen Stadium is generally not open for visitors unless an athletic event is taking place. People visiting the area should check out the Hall of Trophies located on the second floor of the Casanova Center.
All requests for athlete autographs need to happen at the Athletic Department, not through the Duck Store.
We have book buyback Monday through Friday of finals week at the end of every term, except summer term.

Valley River Center
The Duck Store Valley River Center branch is located just inside the Chili's entrance to Valley River mall.
Yes. The mall is conveniently accessible by bus. The 66 and 67 both travel between the Eugene downtown station and the Valley River station. Several large bike paths also feed into the mall.
Although the Duck Store is well know for the products and services provided by our main University Of Oregon Bookstore campus location, the Valley River Store offers all the needs of the Spirit Duck section, but does not offer art and school supplies, book materials, or any computer hardware/software products at this time.
The Valley River Center Duck Store is open 7 days a week, 362 days a year, including all major holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Easter Sunday.
We are open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. with extended hours during the holiday season.
The Valley River Center offers shuttle parking during all Duck home football games. Duck fans can come to shop before hitting the big game. The Valley River Center Duck Store gives a large percentage of sales back to the athletic department to support all of the teams dedicated to the U of O.

White Stag
In Old Town Portland, directly on the corner of NW Naito Parkway and Couch Street.
(Side note: When pronounced properly, "Couch" rhymes with "pooch." It's not pronounced like the sofa.)

No, not at this location. Buyback is only offered at select Eugene locations and the Bend Duck Store. However, the local bookstore, Powells, often buys back books from many different schools.
The University of Oregon has a satellite campus here in the White Stag building. They have a graduate and upper-level undergraduate programs in Architecture, Digital Arts, Product Design, and Journalism. They also offer a wide variety of non-credit continuing education programs and a UO library, and they have offices for the Athletic Department, Career Center, Law School, and University Advancement. Although there is no designated lot for the White Stag building, there is metered street parking on NW Couch and throughout Old Town. There is also a Smart Park parking garage just one block north of us on NW Davis. The Duck Store validates parking at the Smart Park with purchases of $25 or more.

Yes, but we only carry the textbooks for the Portland area classes. We do not carry books for classes offered in Eugene. We do have a selection of art and school supplies, but they are primarily the supplies needed for the classes offered in the White Stag building.

Washington Square
Washington Square is located southwest of downtown Portland on Hwy. 217. Take either I-5 or HWY 26 to Hwy 217 and travel towards Beaverton/Tigard. Look for the Washington Square exit signs.

There is no student discount for the items we sell. Students do get a 10% discount on textbooks at the Campus Duck Store.
Each year the alumni association sends its members a one-time 20% off your entire purchase card.
Oregon related product needs to be licensed by the University of Oregon Trademark Management office. You can then send a request to our buyers for consideration.

The Clackamas Duck Store is located in a new building outside the mall in the East Village near REI and Noodles & Co. Stop by and check out our beautiful new location!

Bend
We will be moving into our new location at 80 NE Bend River Mall June or July 2012. We will be sharing the space with the Bend UO Alumni Association, UO Foundation offices, Continuing and Distributed Education classes, UO Learning in Retirement Program and the Duck Athletic Fund.
The public restrooms are located across the street from the Duck Store behind Strictly Organic Coffee.
We still have the commemorative pint glasses and posters. You can either purchase them or by showing us your receipts from the shops, restaurants, movie theater dating back as far as May 15, 2011 and totaling $100, you will receive one for free.
