Which locations offer same day pick-up?
Currently, the only location offering same day pick-up is our Flagship Campus Duck Store. Orders placed by 12 PM PST will be ready for pick up no later than 4 PM PST.
How long will it take to process my same day pick-up order?
Orders where the Flagship ‘Campus Duck Store’ is selected as the pick-up location will be ready for pick up by 4 PM PST same day if the order is placed by 12 PM PST. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be available the following day.
How will I know my same day pick-up order is ready to be picked up?
Shortly after you complete your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. It will include a list of the products you ordered and the total amount that will be charged to your credit card. When you order has been processed and is in transit to the pick-up store destination, you will receive a second email confirmation.
As soon as you receive your second email confirmation, your order is ready to be picked up. All orders, regardless of department (sportswear, textbooks, technology, art/school supplies), are available for pick up at the Customer Service desk in the Book Department, located upstairs in the Flagship Campus Duck Store on 13th and Kincaid.
NOTE: Same day pick-up is available at the Flagship Campus Duck Store ONLY at this time.
How long will my in-store package be available to pick up?
Generally, packages are held at the Flagship Campus Duck Store for one week before returning to our processing center; your card on file will be refunded in full upon its arrival. Textbook orders placed in the weeks preceding the first week of each term will be kept through the end of Week 1. Textbook orders placed after Week 1 will be held for one week before returning to our processing center.
The only exception to the full refund is if the only item purchased is a Gift Card. Gift Card authorization codes will be emailed to the email provided at time of purchase.

Where do I pick up my order at the Flagship Campus Duck Store?
All orders, regardless of department (sportswear, textbook, technology, art/school supplies), are available for pick up at the Customer Service desk in the Book Department located upstairs in the Flagship Campus Duck Store on 13th and Kincaid.
As soon as you receive your second email confirmation, your order is ready for pick up.
Which holidays is Same Day Pick Up NOT available?
We are closed on the following holidays and Same Day Pick Up is not available:
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
